The South Carolina Probation and Parole Association is proud to announce the second 2021 quarterly donation recipient as Play it Forward. Play it Forward is based out of the Midlands of South Carolina and aims to provide youth with guidance, leadership, direction, and any equipment needed to assist them in athletics.
